You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Traction Automotive Ltd. This page explains what data we hold, what happens when you request deletion, and how to make that request.
What data we hold
When you use Momentum Reach, we may store the following data about you:
- Your name and email address
- Your business profile and onboarding information
- Content you have created within the app, such as social media posts and marketing assets
- Your Facebook page connection details, including your page access token, the ID and username of any Instagram professional account linked to that page, and the IDs of posts published to Facebook or Instagram through the app
- Your WhatsApp connection details, if you have connected a WhatsApp Business Account, including your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, message templates created through the app, broadcast records and message IDs, and the WhatsApp opt-out list for your account
- App usage and activity data
What happens when you request deletion
When we receive a valid deletion request, we will:
- Delete your account and all associated data from our Firebase database within 30 days
- Remove your Facebook page access token and Instagram account details so we can no longer publish to or retrieve data from your page or Instagram account
- Delete your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, message templates created through the app, broadcast records and message IDs, and the WhatsApp opt-out list for your account, along with your stored WhatsApp access token
- Posts already published to your Facebook Page or Instagram account are not removed, as they belong to your accounts on Meta's platforms. You can delete them there at any time. The same applies to WhatsApp messages already sent and to message templates held in your WhatsApp Business Account
- Confirm deletion to you by email once it is complete
Please note that deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. Any scheduled posts that have not yet published will no longer do so.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to the address below. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your data quickly.

Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
We will acknowledge your request within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Disconnecting Facebook only
If you want to remove your Facebook connection without deleting your full account, you can do this at any time from within the app. Go to the sidebar and select disconnect Facebook. This will immediately remove your stored page access token and Instagram account details and stop any scheduled posts from publishing.
Disconnecting WhatsApp only
If you want to remove your WhatsApp connection without deleting your full account, go to the sidebar and select disconnect on the WhatsApp box. Disconnecting WhatsApp in the app removes the access token and the connection record immediately.
